Major Ashley recently returned from a nine-month tour in Southern Afghanistan.
Honeywell received the “Above and Beyond Award” from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an organization within the Department of Defense, in recognition of the company’s “outstanding service and continuing support” of U.S. defense efforts.
Honeywell was also named one of three New Jersey-based organizations nominated by the New Jersey Committee for ESGR for the national “Freedom Award.” Presented annually by the Secretary of Defense, the award is the highest honor given to organizations for support of reservists and members of the national guard.
