Honeywell Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Honeywell has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.3025 per share on the company’s outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on December 10, 2010 to shareowners of record at the close of business on November 19, 2010.
