HTF7000 Engine

Honeywell has announced an upgrade to its HTF7000 turbofan engine that will reduce NOx emissions.

SABER1, Honeywell’s singular annular combustor for emissions reduction (SABER), is now available for the HTF engine family. It has improved aerodynamics, re-engineered fuel nozzles and fuel scheduling systems. The SABER1 combustor provides a 25% reduction in NOx emissions compared to the currently fielded HTF7000 combustor.
