On June 20, the TechAmerica Foundation honored Honeywell Chairman and CEO Dave Cote with the Corporate Leadership Award at the 2013 Technology and Government Dinner in Washington, D.C. The award recognizes visionary CEOs for their leadership in setting the model for creating and driving successful technology enterprises as well as their outstanding involvement and contributions to the U.S. technology sector.

"Dave Cote has had an immeasurable impact on the U.S. technology industry and the country as a whole, lending his expertise and passion to solidifying our country's fiscal future," said TechAmerica Foundation Chairman Shawn Osborne. "His influence on innovation is evidenced by the impact he and Honeywell have had by helping make the world safer and more secure, more comfortable and energy efficient, and more innovative and productive. Dave and Honeywell epitomize why this award was created."
