Harriet Mountcastle-Walsh, Vice President and General Counsel for Honeywell Aerospace, was recently named a “Woman Worth Watching” by Profiles in Diversity Journal, a bi-monthly magazine focusing on diversity/inclusion in business, government, non-profit, higher education and military settings.
Mountcastle-Walsh became Vice President and General Counsel for Honeywell Aerospace in May 2005. Based in Phoenix, Ariz., Honeywell Aerospace is a $12 billion strategic business group of Honeywell. Harriet leads the Law, Contracts & Export Compliance function — a staff of 360 legal, contracts, and international trade compliance professionals in 11 countries and 37 locations worldwide. She has aligned the function with the key goals of high impact service, cost efficiency, process effectiveness and risk mitigation.
