Honeywell’s Tanya Holcomb Recognized for Diversity Leadership

Tanya Holcomb, Corporate Litigation Counsel for Honeywell, has been named one of 25 Influential Black Women in Business by The Network Journal, a monthly business magazine for black professionals and business owners dedicated to educating and empowering its readers.

Holcomb was recognized by the Network Journal for the significant impact of her professional achievements on the legal industry. Holcomb manages Honeywell’s largest litigation docket, which has enormous complexity and international dimensions. She has brought much greater predictability and success to her position. Holcomb has also spearheaded diversity initiatives for the law function as part of the Corporate Law Diversity Council and has led outreach to attorneys at partner law firms to create a pipeline of diverse candidates, increasing the diversity of attorneys working on Honeywell cases.

A committee of judges reviews all of the nomination packages submitted and selects each year's honorees. Holcomb will be a part of the 2014 class.
